Does anyone have any other job boards they go to to look for positions, besides Dave's of course.
Just interested now because I am in the market and hate seeing all the recruiter listings.
I'd be grateful if you'd share.
Thanks

you are probably going to have to deal with a recruiter, I doubt you have a choice, since they tell the school's owner that they will find another teacher for them for free if they teacher they found for the owner doesnt workout, my owner pays about 1.2 million a head, paid that for me, funny because he's paying 1.6 for my airfare home in june, sucks to be him, im expensive i guess. |

mainly the silly people that you must trust with finding employment for you..
if you get the chance, deal directly with the school.. i sent my stuff off to 10 recruiters and 1 or 2 replies in 2 weeks (mind you, i wasn't gunna work in seoul) approached a school, started the next week (and what a p*sser of a job it is)!
if you have a korean friend have them search the korean sites... you will find lots & lots of jobs but... you will need to go through a recruiter. |

just for fun, if you have some time one day... get a korean and have him/her go through these 50 pages to find hogwons in your local area..
it might take a while cuz there are 2889 of them - some may not be english hogwons either... i had a page with english hogwons in english too... but i can't find it now and whiskey is a callin..
here ya go good luck
