I'm going to start working in Bugae, just north of Bupyeong in December. I'm wondering if anybody else works/lives in the area.
What is there to do in this area as far as entertainment goes? I've been living in korea for about 3 months now so I do have some experience but would love to get to know people in the area in order to get situated. |

It's been a few years for me, but everybody heads to the Goose Goose on weekends. |

| You can also head to bucheon. There are 3 or 4 foreigner hangouts there. |

| in bupyeong, the foreigner hang-outs (in other words, bars) are rock bar and goose goose (close to each other), and g7. in bucheon you'll find canada buddy and rhythm and booze (new place that opened up recently). that's all i know close to where you are (possibly woodstock in bupyeong? not sure) |

| Never hung out at bars there, but if I had to live outside of Seoul, it wouldn't be a bad place. Not too far from Seoul, not too far from the ocean and airport and there's a nice park. |

All the places mentioned are good.
Goose more so on the weekends.
If you want NFL football, R and B is damn good. they have bands, some good, some tolerable on the weekends. However, the Halloween party was rockin-if you go there on a lark, odds are you will win-and you can ogle Hannah, and that's always good! |
