I wonder. Is the 10 minute break counted as a "recess"? Also, how many get this:

Article 53 (Recess Hours)
(1) An employer shall allow a recess period of more than 30 minutes for every 4 working hours and more than 1 hour for every 8
working hours during the working hours. |

| It seems so easy. What if Korea is your home? |
Well, Real Reality, that's a whole different ball game. In fact, it's probably easier for you to deal with these guys because you are (or will be) either a citizen or a permanent resident of some sort. You probably have the power of the law behind you better then the guys who are there temporarily. |

| nothing (for you) directors are ignorant and use it against you to protect themselves, but will turn around and break it in 8 different places and pretend that they didn't understand english...but they understand very well what goes in their favor. You can burn any contract you come across. Just been my experience... |

well kiddirts.... it seems you don't really have a good handle on the situation in korea after my (& others) having to reply to your silly questions about visas... a contract is worthless untill you have the e2 visa stamp in your passport.. after that it is a legal document you can use with the labor board if things go sour..
