|
|
Greetings;
I was just reading in the Korean Hearld, that the Immigration laws are being changed for Foreign Workers. Though the story was presented to the "Industrial workers" point of view on how they would benefit. Question is, will English Instructors fall into the same catagory.
Thanks.

It doesn't, the new law doesn't apply to instructors. |

Alex is right. The new laws are for E-9 visa holders. They in no way affect e-2, e-1 or e-7's.

Bummer. I guess the information in the newspaper was a little bit vague. Would have been great to have included e-2, e-# holders, which would have given us a bargining chip when dealing with bad hogwans.
Thanks for answering my question.
