can anyone advise me on train routes or bus routes from incheon to wonju?

Could you be more specific? From Inceon city, get on Line 1 of the KNR and go to Chongyeonhee Station. You can get a train to Wonju fro a separate track. If you're talking about the airport, then ask them which bus goes to Chongyeonhee Station.

There are other ways as well.

thanks harpeau, don't have exact details of where i'm going yet in wonju, will most likely catch a train.

If you are in 'west' Inchon - on the Woninjae line (forget the number) you can catch a direct bus from the bus terminal at the Shinsegae Dept Store to Wonju. Takes about 2 hrs from what I remember. One bus per hour which I think leaves on the 40 minute mark.
