maybe Gmarket?

We bought one when we went to England this last summer. Haven't seen any for sale in shops here. But I would imagine you can find them somewhere.

In my experience they are impossible to get in Korea. They won't even ship them here for some reason (except maybe at ridiculous prices).

If you buy a plastic condiment bottle for 1000won it works just as well. The type that you can put ketchup/mustard in. Just squirt it in one nostril and it comes out the other. That's what I use.

btw, I used to be sick all the time here, but this changed everything.

Hi,

Depending on your condition, you could try one of the things on these websites. I never found the massage good, but applying a flat-finger of pressure between your nose and top lip works good for a runny nose.

Putting water into cupped hands and putting your nose into it, helps flush out as good as any netti pot, IMO.
Try and see if anything works for you...

You could always try regular saline solution used for contact lenses. Insert in nostril, gently squeeze and repeat.

You only need three things:

A bicycle water bottle
Table salt
Warm tap water

Mix a tablespoon or so in the water, and squirt from the nozzle. Be sure to hold your head at an angle, and that's it. Works like a charm!

I got my neti pot and bamboo salt on gmarket for about 10 bucks. Really helps keep me feeling well and clear during the cold season.

It's online-only.

I'd never heard of a neti pot and looked it up on wikipedia. The thought of doing it makes me cringe but I'll probably try it sometime anyway.

I saw that episode a couple months back. Seemed to work well.

It's absolutely amazing how much influence and "power" she has nowadays. Anyways, I might try it myself someday.

However, I think you should check out GMarket for a cheap humidifier. I got one for under 20,000 won including shipping. Nice.

If you use a neti pot, the Ancient Secrets neti pot is my favorite, along with Varcho Veda "Neti Wash Plus" it will really help keep the colds to a minimum. A Korean professor I worked with had terrible chronic sinus problems and I got him hooked on using a neti pot daily. His sinus problems cleared up quickly and haven't reoccurred.
