Quote:
TEHRAN, Iran -- Iran announced Wednesday that it successfully test-fired a "Sajil" missile -- a new generation of surface-to-surface missiles -- according to state-run media reports.

Iran did not say when the missile was test-fired, but said it happened in the presence of Defense Minister Brig. Gen. Mostafa Mohammad Najjar.

"The two-stage missile uses combined solid fuel and has a high-launching speed," Najjar said, according to the state-run IRNA news agency.

He said it had a range of about 1,200 miles, which could easily reach arch-foe Israel and even travel as far as southeastern Europe, The Associated Press reported...

Iran's state-run television network showed video of the apparent test launch.

The Kurds would say the US are liberators. Oh, I forgot, the Kurds don't count.

Do you mean "didn't start shit then there wouldn't be any" or "don't start shit then there won't be any"? I'm not trying to be a grammar nazi, but the context changes.

The Kurds do not count. None were ever killed by WMD, because WMD don't exist. The Iraqi people were much happier, and the middle east was much safer under Saddam. The U.S. only invaded to reap the financial windfall of all the free oil.

There is no threat of terrorism in the world, except that perpetrated by the U.S., the true terrorist state.

To deny these facts makes you a war monger.

Shouldn't you balance your headline with;

Israeli missiles Iranian capable.

LOL! Some people are just so naive as to believe that only the people on the "good" side of the tracks should be allowed to carry guns.

I think I meant the latter, but I can't be sure. I had some drinks in the afternoon, came home, posted that, then took a nap.

Probably news for the Iranian people though. I'm sure they would want to know which of their neighbors have missiles and nuclear bombs capable of taking them out.

You do not believe that Iran understands that the United States and/or Israel could hit it anytime they wanted?

I'm sure the Iranian government know all to well what Israel and the US are capable of.

However the Iranian people probably don't. That's why I said it would be news to them.
