My wife is eligible for an F-4 visa. Would I be eligible for an F-2? I ask because we had discussed my going to Korea a little before her, and I wanted to be able to work.
I apologize if another thread answers this. I couldn't find it. |

F3 - dependent family (not allowed to work).
If you want to work you will need an E2 or E7 (or other related work visa / addition to your status of sojourn).
Your advantage is that you can still quit and change back to an F3 at your convenience (so better than E2 but not as nice as F2). |
