My girlfriend and I live in a small officetell - We both work on different sides of the city and wanted to find newer housing.

We really just want to upgrade where we live now - we are willing to spend 8-900,000 a month and have a 10,000,000 deposit.

I figure that is enough to get us a nice place with a couple of rooms and at least a spacious living room... BUT, this is Seoul and I always end up surprised when it comes to renting homes.

I guess space is the important thing - and we would like to stay in city limits as well.

Can anyone assist me - with some good websites or real estate agents, or even tell me some areas where I can get the most bang for my buck so to speak...

Solid advice wins itself a night of free drinks Smile Thank you!
