My Korean gf went looking for a new phone today and she called SK. She said the Haptic 2 was 300,000W if she signed a 2 year contract.

Woah. That's insane. I went to 3 places today and got 626,000, 500,000, and 599,000 as prices WITH a 2 year contract. Are you sure it was 300K for the Haptic 2 or Haptic 1?

Also, is Haptic 2 the best option for an ex-iPhone user like me? Since i doubt the iPhone will be coming to Korea any time soon...i had one in the states and really got used to it so i would like to find as close to that as possible. Is Haptic 2 that?

it was definitely less than 500,000. not sure if it was 300,000 exactly, but 3 something. the breakdown was less than 20 thousand won a month for the phone with a two year contract. have a korean ask as if they were going to buy the phone for themselves. also, my girlfriend said that if you switch to a new provider, you will get a better discount. she called sk, but has ktf right now. she's trying to decide between the haptic2 or the style.

There are two (2) Haptic 2 phones out right now.

There's one with a 3.2 inch screen this is the old Haptic 2 model.

The new Haptic 2 is due out at the end of the month and has a 3.3 inch screen.

Is the NEW Haptic 2 on sale here now? I thought it hasn't been released yet?

The NEW haptic 2 also has 16GB internal storage compared to 4GBs for the old model.

If it's here, I'll be picking it up this weekend. Laughing

edit: it should be available november 20th. im super interested in this phone as well, but i havent been able to find pricing anywhere.
