My wife was going to China to help out with a mission church in Xin Xian, but that fell through difficulties Church was having with Communist inquiries or some such. Well I had signed on without her being listed as coming. Would it matter if I brought her, would it break contract I mean? Or would I need to say something or ask for her to come when I got over there or could I possibly bring her now? (Yes I know massive run on sentence).
Thanks
Wes

AFTER you have your ARC you can get her an F3 (dependent family) visa so she can stay here as long as you do.

It is not a problem (as long as you are legally married and you are legally working).

It is not a breach of your contract but housing may be problematic.
