I just got a quote from Kangsan Travel that beats the competition by 140k won. But below the quote it says "*subject to change at anytime without notice"
Has anyone had their fare changed without notice? That must mean prior to booking, right? |

The price is NOT confirmed until you have PAID for the ticket.
AFTER you have paid and got your ticket it is done. |

That might be it, but it might not. I recently booked and paid for a ticket on Cathay, through their website, and got my e-ticker issued, followed by an email saying the price may be changed. My hope is that means the retarded fuel charge would be eliminated, but I highly doubt that. |
