I just got a quote from Kangsan Travel that beats the competition by 140k won. But below the quote it says "*subject to change at anytime without notice"

Has anyone had their fare changed without notice? That must mean prior to booking, right?

The price is NOT confirmed until you have PAID for the ticket.

AFTER you have paid and got your ticket it is done.

That might be it, but it might not. I recently booked and paid for a ticket on Cathay, through their website, and got my e-ticker issued, followed by an email saying the price may be changed. My hope is that means the retarded fuel charge would be eliminated, but I highly doubt that.
