Tom 'n Toms, Cafe Pascucci both have free wireless. You may need to ask for the network password though. Neither Starbucks nor Dunkin Donuts offer free wireless.

Actually, I do know of one. In the Starbucks at Yongsan Station in the ipark mall there are about 10 strong signals available that do not require a password. The computer section of the electronics market is really close, so I'm guessing all of the signals are coming from there.

I don't know if 7 monkeys have many shops, but the one near me has wireless for free. Plus, if you finish your latte/cappucino at the store, then you get a second one for 1,000 won. I still think that 4,500 is a bit much for a Latte though.

The coffee at Seven Monkeys is terrible. Tastes like they use Maxim.

I'm pretty sure most Angel-in-us coffee shops have wireless...not sure if it's free, though.
