I have a U.S. Xbox and tonight as I'm shopping at Lotte Mart I see STFU for 55 000 won which isn't too bad considering it's more on playasia with the way the exchange rate is right now. The thing is that I'm not sure if it will work on my system. I did a search on playasia and they're showing the U.S. version as region free, along with the Asian verysion as region free, but it has no listing for the Korean console. I've check some other games that are region free for the Asian version (eg Hong Kong) but there are some that say for Korean consoles only.

Has anyone bought STFU here and played on your North American console? I can't risk buying it and having it not work. No way to take it back once it's been open. If you know let me know please.

it might be korean language though. It was like that for Saints Row 2. Play asia listed it the asian version as region-free and english language. The guy at yongsan told me it was in Korean language.

So what is the Asian version for, which countries? I assumed it was for all of Asia including Korea and Japan but it seems as if they all have their own versions.

Hmm, from what I saw on the box it said it was in English. If the menu is in Korean that's not the end of the world but I do want the voice acting in English.

Ok got it from a guy who had it and it WORKS so this confirms that if a game is region free and you see the Korean version, in theory it TOO (based on this game) should be region free as well. Yipee!! Oh and yes it's all in English!
