Lately I've been thinking of how to use my free time productively. One idea would be to set up various websites likely to provide me with income streams in the future. With enough Internet-generated income I'll be able to pursue my dream of lying on the appropriate tropical beach with brown-skinned lovelyes forever.
An example would be internet porn sites. Here I'm not so much thinking of the kind where you generate your own content but the kind where you source affiliate links from pay sites related to whatever kink you were into. Does anyone have any experience with this and know whether it is still profitable, which host to use etc.
Another idea would be to set up some portal site and forum related to a recession proof industry. Or set up a blog and review various products. Or sell how-to e-books of some sort. However, I'm a bit lacking in specifics at the moment. |

In order to receive consistent revenue is to provide a well organized repository of information, knowledge and opinions on a well specified topic.
That in the end is the only thing people are willing to return for. |

to much competition.. everyone is doing it, all niches you name it..
was big in the 90's when it boomed.. now everyone just downloads a quick clip to get off, sure there is money still in it.. but you need the right marketing and niche..
I had done A LOT of research into 4 years ago I know the best way to make money from it, but like anything takes hard work... |

I have looked into it. It seems to me that you could achieve favourable odds in sports betting using various strategies, but unless you had a lot of money you likely wouldn't be able to generate that much income or would be wiped out by "gamblers' ruin". As to arbitrage betting, this would seem difficult to consistently achieve. You would need some kind of software system to spot arbitrage situations and most such systems appear to be scams. |

I imagine you and Hello Kitty are right, darn it. It would be such an easy and painless way to make money if it were still possible. Maybe the idea would be to monitor trends in porn and then get in early with a site whenever a new trend arose. |

I was thinking more of women in their late teens or 20s. I don't share all of Burroughs' attributes, regrettably. |
