I have about 70,000 won in change - can I change it at the airport along with notes for US dollars?
I don't have time to get to a bank...

You shouldn't be able to. Exchange places like that handle bills and not coins, if I'm not mistaken.

Correct. Exchange places don't take coins. Just go to the bank before you leave and get it all in bills. Its funny money once you leave and it sure isn't something I would like to carry onto the plane with me.
