I have been given the opportunity to work at a University in my field and I am looking to pass on my recruiting business to someone (especially a Canadian). Recruiting is a tough business. It takes the hide of a rhinoceros and the heart of a lizard. I have never met anyone in that business whom I would let into my house.

That being said, you can make a lot money at it if you pound, pound, pound the phone. It's a hardcore sales job.

Any you thought working in a hagwon was hard.
