What do Korean employers look for in a teaching reference letter?

Like a lot of people, I've had most of my bosses just say, "Write it up and I'll sign it." From a western perspective I'd probably want to highlight individual achievements ("His responsibilities included...", "He implemented such-and-such a program", "He showed initiative in designing such-and-such a curriculum"). Also, things like "a positive attitude", "fostering relationships of trust", "excellent verbal and written communication" and the rest of the standard stuff would probably be in there.

But what do potential Korean employers want to read in a teaching reference? Is it different from what, say, a western principal or education program admissions officer would want to read?

Any replies (including piss-taking suggestions such as, "He's a warm, Caucasian body. He's also non-alcoholic and handsome.") would be welcome.

Have a good week everyone.
