I want to buy a windows os english disk. I prefer XP but would consider vista.

you can also get a LEGAL copy of windows (XP or Vista) at the microsoft kiosk at either I'Park mall (above yongsan station) or on the 3rd floor of the terminal building across the tracks from Yongsan station.
