| So that makes it about eight years from now before he's released. I sure hope this isn't the last of his sentences. He was accused of crimes that in total could have got him 25 years and he pled not-guilty, which in Thailand usually gets one the maximum. I guess 9 years 3 months with no parole isn't a travesty in a case like this, but I sure hope there's more to come or, if there isn't, he gets extradicted to Cambodia or Vietnam for more. |
