This cartoon was released in the 80's.

I was talking to my American freind about it and he hadn't heard of it. (WTF!!!)

It's played about 4 times every x-mas in the UK (gets a bit fu*king annoying after you have seen it the 10th time or so!!!!

This is a must show cartoon if you teach elementary kids!

It is on you tube (in three parts)

You can use this weblink:

to download you tube videos if you don't have the internet in your classroom.

I thought you had answered my problem...but don't you think Elementary kids would get bored? I know my attention wandered.
and I would have to cme up with some questions to make it an acceptable English lesson according to my co-teacher.

Anyone got any other ideas...Grade 5 and 6. 40 minute class.

Yeah maybe 6th g and some 5th graders, but if you were to split the class in half and make it into a competition.

Eg team 1 and team 2, alternate the questions.

Small prize for the winning team - It is a bit early to be playing this yet though!

Well yes you would! - You are teaching ESL arn't you? This is a silent movie (minus the music).

If you want KiwiLiz I could make you some questions?

Or you could do them yourself! Smile

Ideas?

Take a look at my best videos for EFL teachers. Lots of great stuff and pretty self evident how you'd use many of them....maybe watch Lily and get the smartest kid in the class to see if he's smarter than her by pointing at the map. ... http://www.veewow.com/playlist-yg-THE-BEST-EFL-TEACHING-VIDEOS
