what do you mean by 'foreigners'?

there's a yahoo group of them in ansan. (check waygooks in ansan)
if you mean other foreigners, like foreign factory workers, there are a bunch of them there, like Filipinos, Indonesians... I've even seen some Africans.
btw.. the area around Jungang station is pretty cool (with lots of western type eateries, etc) |
