We just got word that the school wants to bring over teachers from other schools. We have a village set up, so I am assuming they are planning on maxing out the capacity.
The only problem is that it gets really noisy when everyone is in the roleplaying room. It's about the size of a regular classroom, divided into 9 different stations.
Have any of you done something like this? Is it easier to work with other teachers, or is it better to have just yourself and a co-teacher working with smaller groups? |

| What you are describing sounds strange. How many teachers and students are they planning on having in one room? And are these only extra Korean teachers or foreign teachers too? |

As I understand it, there will be foreign teachers from the other schools. The head teacher here is not happy about the sudden change. We have yet to see what they will do, they are still planning out the details.
What I think they will do is have 1 foreign teacher come for a 1 or 2 week camp, and then we will either work together with students at this school or work individually with our students in another room.
And that's the strange thing, this school is huge. There are rooms that aren't used, yet they don't have us teaching smaller groups. They like cramming 30+ students into one room.
I am going to try to suggest having a larger camp where we would teach in these other rooms. The students could simply rotate from classroom to classroom, and we can then work with them in smaller groups. I am just hoping they don't try to get more than 3 teachers in one room. |

It's a good idea. I did a camp like that and it was a lot of fun for everyone. |
