Compaq Presario X1204 (X1000 series)
Intel Pentium-M 1.4GHz processor
15.4� WXGA screen (1280x800)
1.25GB DDR SDRAM
32MB ATI Mobility Radeon 9200
120GB hard disk (Upgraded before 1 year)
8 Cell Lithium Ion battery
8x DVD 24x CD-RW combo drive
802.11b WiFi Wireless
3 USB 2.0 ports
1 Firewire port
Secure Digital reader
Battery is rarely used, can go up to 3 hours during normal operation (w/o audio, video).
Software:
i) The laptop package comes with Korean XP. I have re-installed English windows XP(compaq OEM version) and updated to the latest, Can give the CD which you can use to reinstall, if required, and receive all
updates.
ii) MS office 2003
ii) AVG free, Acrobat reader, VLC, GOM, ROXIO CD writer etc.
What do you get along with, apart from the Laptop?
i) HP Laptop bag
ii) Optical mouse
iii) VGA Webcam
iv) Everything that was available with the package. Power cord, Driver CDs (Korean OEM Windows, drivers, Roxio, winDVD, Norton trial version software)
v) Updated driver and software, the latest ones I downloaded from the HP site.

Pity that this is a public forum. Anyway it hardly needs to be said that this is a little optimistic for a older PC. A netbook offers similar power in a smaller size for $100 more. |
