| Anyone know if it is possible to change from a C4 to an E2 or will I have to get another criminal background check, apostille, etc again? Thanks in advance. |

| For any immigration questions it's best to ask them directly: dial 1345 |

Yes - you will require all of the above - and also a visa run to a different country... |

a C4 is a temporary worker visa good for 120 days - always single entry - you leave and it's immediately cancelled. they are usually used for winter or summer E camps. usually you don't need that many docs but who knows these days! you do need a contract, camp schedule and someone to sponsor you.
and E2 is an E instructor visa for 1 year minimum; you need a CBC, health check, transcripts and a contract stipulating someone to sponsor you
you don't "change" from one to the other - one has to be canceled in order for the other to be issued. one can only have one visa at a time.
hope that helps. |
