Having my wedding rings made while we are in Nepal, anyone know of a good honest jeweler in the area?

Also want to buy a couple nice Tibetan rugs, if anyone knows of a good store to go to, we'd prefer to have the money go somewhere worth while, and not just some store, if at all possible.
