If most of the female teachers in Western public schools were fired and replaced with men I reckon that most of the problems would clear up as if by magic. Western women have a kind of fecal Midas Touch - anything they lay their hands on magically turns to crap.

They don't need physical punishment, they just need demerits, a timeout and a 20 minute detention at lunch time.
