sorry to ask another seoul newbie question.. but i've heard a load of bad stuff about slp places, but nothing about slp gwangmyeong? they're offering me a job and i'm wondering whether i should take the plunge.
since they're a franchise outfit i know they will have their share of scumbag directors, but does anyone know about this one in particular?

Lots of people ask for reports about different schools on this site and so there are too many to list here. Try doing a Search of your school. Put the school name in the search field and select the button to Search for all terms. Alternatively, you can check out The Hagwon Report which is an independent website with a lot of information gathered on numerous schools.
