I have:
Bars
1 - long bar (whatever the non-Olympic bar is called) (metal)
2 - short dumbell bars (plastic)
1 - long dumbell bar (plastic)
Plates
8 - 10kg (4 "plastic" and 4 metal, all other plates are metal)
8 - 5kg
2 - 3kg
2 - 2kg
2 - 1kg
I'm in HBC (on the main road), asking 80,000 for everything. No bench, but I will include two blue yoga mats which are nice for keeping your lovely laminate flooring intact when doing deadlifts or whatever.
