Back in the 19th century, "query" had a double R and was spelled "querry". Thus my use of "querry" in questioning what has occurred in my absence suggests I have been removed from the social scene for quite some time. The last major dictionary to spell it that was Webster's in 1913 or so.

Or are we only allowed to use old idioms these days rather than old spellings? Maybe toss in a few pip pip, tally hos to suggest that fisticuffs will soon be upon us?

I know you're not from the 19th century, I know you're not a literature or history buff, so I'm guessing you just got a lucky google hit.

That aside, welcome back. We need some dripping sarcasm.
