I am now looking to sell this for 450,000KRW
I do a lot of digital photography and some basic video editing and wanted a computer that could do this all with power to spare.

I checked the specs on my computer using Ubuntu and here is the summary:
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6600 @ 2.40GHz
2GB RAM
GE Force 7300 SE 512mb (DDR2)
500GB Hard Drive 5400 RPM
Multi Card Reader
Via P4M900 Motherboard
21" Flat LCD 1680X 1050
(some Korean brand I have never heard of but it works perfectly)

If you can't PM then leave me a cell phone number or email address where I can contact you on the thread.

Oh yes, and if I forgot to mention something important please let me know and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
I forgot to mention that it has a DVD/CD burner. My burning program lists the model as: hl-dt-st dvd-ram gsa h54n and when I googled it the results said that it could burn DVD's at 18x speed. I think it can do dual layer DVD's but I have never tried it.

This is ono/obo I'm hoping? I'd say you'd be hitting ur lucky streak to get 500,000 for this as a used com. Oh, and please disregard my offer by pm...I thought it was a q6600...silly me. A 50,000 won MBO? Confused

How many games, or other programs, are there that require more than a 512mb GPU? .
Obviously I am not playing Chrysis or Bioshock on my 30" monitor.

And yes, I am willing to consider nearest offers if you PM them to me.

sorry to tell you, but the amount of GDDR is not the most important thing.

A 256MB 3650 would blow the pants off of your 512MB 7300.

512mbGDDR2 or 256mb of GDDR3 I am not a gamer (how many games are there for Ubuntu after all?). If I was a gamer I probably would have gotten a HDD with 7200RPM, and a bigger monitor in addition to a different GPU. This is great for someone who wants to edit lots of photos and some video, download tons of music, dvds, etc. and needs lots of HDD space to do it. If you wanted to be picky and build a high-end gaming system you would probably do a lot of things differently than I did. For example you would probably overclock your CPU, carefully choose the right power supply, cooling system, and possibly even pick up a dedicated sound card. All of these things I don't have because I don't need them. The computer I have is way more than enough for the work I do in GIMP or photoshop and lightroom on the rare occasions I choose to work on a virtual machine.
Its not like I need Directx10 and if I did I would have gotten a motherboard capable of supporting it. If a perspective buyer plans to use my computer for a game that requires DirectX 10 then they obviously shouldn't buy my computer.

To any prospective buyers out there, I think 500K ono is a pretty fair offer if you go look at it, and the monitor seems good.

I'm almost tempted to get it as a second machine, as I've been meaning to get into Ubuntu without having downtime on my main machine.

A big plus in my book is that the OP is being honest, which (most / a lot of) computer-selling-folk on this board most definitely aint.

Yes I agree that the price is a very good one. I need a graphics card that can support two monitors. 500k....that aint bad at all. And it can game very well too. The games I like would run nicely on a system like that.
I am still mulling this over though...cant seem to make up my mind.

I can wait to sell it. I actually am planning to buy a used laptop so I have plenty of time. If I wanted to sell it in one day I probably would be selling it for much less.
Hmm... I wonder if Jeff's Cigarettes is just angry because I didn't take his offer for him to buy only the computer and not the monitor.
