It is in Haebang Chun,( next to Itaewon) , about 300 meters up hill from Indigo, it is nothing fancy but clean. The bedroom is small and has a supersingle bed , but it has a built in closet and there is enough space to have a small computer desk. The apt. has a bathtub, oven, cable and internet. Sits on the wall next to Yongsan, so it's quiet. I put an ad in face book that has pictures: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?#/marketplace/?ref=sb
I'm going to be out of Korea for about 8 weeks of the winter vacation , so you'll have the place to yourself for a good chunk of time.
I'll send you pics if you want.
Send me a pm and I will get back to you. |

This looks like a very good offer, no 30 or 10 million won security deposits needed, and rent is low.
Would you consider renting it like on weekends (Friday or Saturday nights)?
I am sure you prefer someone to pay for a month, but people like myself have to work during the week. A place to crash for the weekend would be ideal. It costs 40-45,000 won at the cheapest motels (that are decent at least). |

You're kidding right? If you want the convenience of a permanent place to stay on weekends, the full price is not asking a lot at all. It's still less than a hotel assuming you stay two nights every weekend. |

I don't understand your post. I was commenting on the schedule only. You seem to have connected it some way with the rent amount (which I thought was clear in my post that I felt it was a good offer).
But as far as this part, "the full price is not asking a lot at all", I agree. I guess "we" aren't "kidding". Or, are we? |

It really seemed like you were trying to bargain the price down. Sorry. |
