Has anyone here been to Ko Lan, (or I believe it is alternatively spelled Ko Larn as well)? It's a small island about 8 km off the coast of Pattaya. http://www.thailand.com/travel/beach/beach_chonburi_kolan.htm
Had been planning on doing Ko Samet, but a friend suggested this because it's closer to Bangkok and thus more en route to Chiang Mai where we're going next. The friend has only heard of it, but not been there himself, so I'm not sure whether it's worth the trip on his word alone.
All Thai islands are nice I suppose, but is this a place where one could comfortably spend 4 days relaxing on the beach? |
