Anyone stay at the Cebu Hilton Restort in Cebu/Mactan?
I'm taking the whole crew down there, but wouldn't mind some insider knowledge on the place and area (best places to eat, etc).

The Hilton is located on the extreme north end of mactan and is not close to anything.
coming with a mixed crowd, then the terrace at Ayala mall looks like it will be the happening place (it is newly opening / opened).
It is easily p200-300 from the Hilton to the mall in a metered taxi and probably double that if you get one of the thieving taxis that park by the entrance.
there are also places in Mandaue and downtown Cebu (depending on your tastes).
If you want local flavor and not more than an hour drive from the Hilton, try the places around marina mall on Mactan. |
