| Yeah that's what I originally thought when I first saw the place, but after looking at about 10 different spots in that neighborhood, it seemed pretty fair. It's pretty clean for a villa and the building looks like it was remodeled within the past 5 years. Places that were cheaper were not furnished or only had a bed and desk, which is also why I went with this one. |
