also, i'm excited that the exchange rate is so how right now, cause the money i bring in to korea will have a lot more buying power.

just sucks for people going the other way

It's probabaly just based on a model that assumes the currency will return to a norm of some standard deviation from some arbitrary moving average. Meaningless. Still, oh how I hope its true.
