im thinking about renewing my contract and wondering if anyone out there has had any luck negotiating a better deal?

i'm a level 1 with only 1 year experience in public school so i don't qualify for a pay increase unless i stay a 3rd year.

is it possible to suck 2.4 out of them?

I'm in the process of this also. There are numerous sticking points for me. The main one being the submission of a health check to the POE by next week. Does anyone else have to do this? I'm in Gyeonsangnamdo. Seems like a load to me. I don't think it's in the contract.

Anyone else have this issue?
