3 million won Key 450 a month Shinchon close to Sogang University. Between Daehung Station and Shinchon (5 minute walk from either)
I would like to sell the gear I got as well but I'm not too worried about that just want to get rid of the space.
It's ideal for a band or anyone that needs a studio in a basement. It's a soundproof dungeon. There is a bathroom in it. You could actually live in it but there is no shower. I'll try to post pics of it soon
