| I tried to pay my student loans this month. The website will not let me pay because they do not have valid us phone number under my account. I know they want to get hold of me but why would you make it harder to pay them. No wonder they are going broke and need a bailout. How stupid is that. Oh ya, they won't respond to my e-mails because i ahve to make an international call to get hold of them. Morons. Sorry for the rant. Have any of you guys delt with this. |

Citibank is crap. I had an account with them in Korea for over 6 years. Five years ago they gave me a Visa card. I tried to get it renewed this year and they said that couldn't because my Korean working VISA was only good until Feb of next year. Nevermind the fact that I've had one year VISAs every year since they gave me the first card. Nevermind the fact that I had over 50 million won in their bank. Nevermind the fact that I've been their customer for over 6 years.
