I know a post office in Seoul that's open on Saturday, but not any banks.

Oh, and the bank portion of that post office is closed on Saturday.

I don't know if this helps, but many KBS branches are open on Sunday. (But not--- alas--- Saturday.)

yes, thanks, it might help

I need to exchange money; I don't want to try the ajummahs everyone mentions, nor do I want the bad exchange rate at the airport;

if my public school district continues to screw with me my last day (a long story) and pay me after the banks are closed, I would appreciate knowing where that bank is...in Seoul?...I shall be near the express bus terminal on Sunday

thanks for your help

The exchange rate at the airport is the same as at the bank... they are just mini-branches of the various banks and provide the exact same rate as any other branch in the city.

Incheon airport exchanges are just fine as far as I know. Besides ATM's, the airport would be the only other legitimate financial services available outside of 9 to 4 M-F.

not a runner, gave full notice plus two weeks

it was my last day today, and as I expected, the incompetent so-called supervisor, would not pay me until after 7 p.m. (he is an idiot, vengeful, control freak)- after all the banks were closed (besides trying to rip me off of 200,000) (public school district also)

he told about two weeks ago he would pay me today and to go ahead and arrange a flight for Sunday

well...it is the full moon today - and it was a huge scene

The KEB in Itaewon used to open on Saturdays. Don't know if it still does.
