Has anyone ever worked for international schools in Korea?
What is it like? What are some pros and cons? |

The only thing remotely international will be the 1 or 2 white faces on staff. Exactly same as Korean public school except the students are 'high achievers'. Money can be good. Don't study Korean. Teach for 1 year and you'll be ok. |

There are four real international schools in Korea:
Seoul Foreign School
Seoul International School
Korea International School
Yongsan International School of Seoul
These are all good schools with excellent students, western curriculum, and a good benefits/pay package.
SFS has the most non-Korean students and is the oldest of the four. SFS and YISS are Christian schools, SIS and KIS are not Christian. |
