[I'm no Picasso]

Let me just start off by saying that I'm a f*cking idiot when it comes to anything electronic. I'm aware of the problem -- there's not much I can do about it.

Anyway, I decided to make things worse by buying a Korean mp3 player (SAFA Bandi) when I don't yet speak much Korean.

I had everything worked out until this morning when I disconnected it from my PC and suddenly the screen displays: "PC FORMAT: 연결하여 수행"

And I can't turn it off. And it won't play anything. BUT when I connect it to a PC, all of the music stored on it plays fine and it shows up like normal. Disconnect, back to this damn screen.

Please help. In as much detail as possible.
