I'm looking to buy a relatively cheap prepaid phone from someone in the Busan area. I plan to register the phone and make legit etc so I'd need to meet them I can't make it to Seoul except on the weekends, and don't want to pay the extra $70+8 or more hours trying to meet someone for a phone.
