Just south of Seoul in Bundang, very close to the Seohyeon station is a place called Samakhan that is amazing! |

ganga is probably the best indian restaurant, but you gotta to busan to find it (although there might be one in seoul around daehangno). pricey, but made by indians and delicious. busan one is in haeundae and nearly always full. |

There are 8 ganga stores in Korea including one in Bundang which I tried going to (got there too late to eat)
http://www.ganga.co.kr/ says Apgujung, Mugyo, Seolleung, Yeouido, Yeoksam, Gangnam, Haeundae (Busan) and Bundang.
I don't know why there are so many in the GangnamGu area: Apgujum, Seolleung, Yeoksam and Gangnam |

I went to Namaste the other night and it was pretty good. I had only had one experience with Indian food in the past and it was a really bad one, so I was a little nervous about trying it again. |

warren pease and yeoja are right. I posted about this place a year or so ago and got attacked by some fool with no taste who said it was the worst Indian food ever. Nonsense. (It's also easy to find. When you come off the subway just go upstairs and out the FRONT door and walk down the mall thingie to the street. Don't cross it. Turn right and walk to the corner. Stop. Look up. Samakhan is on the second floor of the building across the street.) I also like Ganga, but prefer Samakhan. Another place I like is the one just across the street and down a bit from Whatthebook, up on the second floor. The people there are from Khashmir. |

There is also an Indian restaurant one block away from the entrance to Sunae station.
There do seem to be a lot of good foreign restaurants in Bundang. |

Also there is a second Namaste restaurant now that is in the bottom of Jongno tower, but it has a lot less atmosphere there though. |

Yeah, forgot to mention, Dongmyo station intersects with line 6, so if you're in Itaewon/Noksapyeong, it's an easy trip.
Very reasonably priced, too, if I may add - unlike Ganga which is unbelievably priced. |
