THis is similar to my Adults VS Children Post...but now I'm curious to know your experiences with not only who you like to teach, but the types of teaching you enjoy......

I've said it a million times and I'll probably say it millions more:

Kids are evil.

I can enjoy both types of teaching; it depends entirely on other circumstances. Adults are easy and you have to be extremely prepared for your lesson, while you can relax a bit with children and even have some fun, but they present more behavioral problems.

I prefer my middle school students. Got an offer from uni via a friend...said no. While I don't get 16 weeks vacation I get about 3 paid in the summer and same in winter. Plus tons-o-days off beside the regular korean holidays...test days..school birthdays....special activity days...

I like the craziness that goes with it. I am never bored...the school personnel is very understanding and there are sometimes misunderstandings but I have proven myself reliable and they give me alot of leeway. Kids still have the fear of the "teacher" and I don't mind that at all.

Taught in hogwan....it was okay but man the hours can kill ya and I taught in a pretty good one. I have dealt with some uni students...no thanks I can do without the attitude. (my opinion)
