And what difference would an f-2 visa make? |

The starting salary is around 2.1, I believe, and if you have an F2 Visa that bumps it up by 0.0%.
Also, if you apply with EPIK, you may not necessarily be able to get a high school. You may get four or five middle schools instead. |

Do the positions come with co-teachers? Or are you basically surrounded by forty screaming kids? |

Most do (in theory at least), which means you'll be surrounded by a co-teacher and fourty screaming kids. |
