I hate to say it but enjoy your white rice tomorrow at lunch time, and get a large serving.

Dinner for night two would be a mild fettucine alfredo if you know how to do it.

A banana to help restore potassium levels as well as providing easily digestable starch. An orange or pineapple for vitamin c and some quick energy fructose. Yogurt.

I would personally recommend adding the above into a blender and top smoothie with a tablespoon or two of granola. Make it up and drink half immediately and the other half in about an hour.

healthy and filling

Go to Macdonalds and order a Big Mac set and super size it. Then find a really greasy Samyup sal place order for two and eat it solo and start drinking Poke Tang ju, soju beer boiler makers.
