Hello,
I was wondering who I should send my documents to that are required to get an E2 visa. Either the recruiter or the school itself. I have received emails from both, each telling me to send it to themselves. Thanks for your help. |

I sent mine to my recruiter who, as far as I know, was the one who was responsible for applying for my visa. In my case I don't think the school was too involved with the visa process. I'm pretty sure that's what the school is paying your recruiter for.
I recommend you contact your recruiter, get them to verify with the school who receives the docs and then get back to you. |

If the school is requesting the documents, send them to the school. The recruiter is the middle man. When it comes to immigration, your documents and the schools documents are all that is required. |
