I have been asked by one of my boyfriends colleagues (they are engineers) to tutor her 6 year old daughter for two hours every second Saturday for 30 000 KW a month. That equates to only 3.50 per hour.
She is open to negotiations and wanted to know what my thoughts are on her offer.
And as I am still in the UK and only moving to Ulsan in a few weeks I have no idea if that is good or bad?
Is that a good offer? If not what should I be asking for? |

If you are on an E-2 it's illegal. Since it's illegal, the going rate is 40,000-60,000 won per hour. By keeping it illegal, it keeps Korean families from easily finding good teachers. Then, they pay out the ass.
Also, the mods will probably come on here and tell you to move the discussion to the private lessons sticky. |
