|
|
Almost Merry Christmas and please help someone less knowledgeable than you.
Any recommendations on the best gyms in Suwon (plenty of free weights and excellent machines)?
Best Korean based website for the lowest price on US manufactured whey protein isolate and creatine e.g., MET-Rx and others.
Cheapest place to buy food wholesale or in bulk.
Thanks again, |

I"m from Seoul, so I can't help with most of your questions.
I used to cycle creatine and I did notice a huge difference in bulk. But I've kinda moved away from that look. I prefer big, but not too big. Tone and a bit of bulk is my thing now.
Long story short, I've had good luck with protein and creatine supplements, but I am all natural now and I can say that I like my shape better than I ever have. |

i ran into this situation a while ago. at my last gym, the trainer would just order for me, at about 30 bucks for a gallon of whey. whatever do, dont buy it here. same gallon jug costs about 150 at local GNC's. i worked out a thing with GNC in the states. and now they send it over. about 10 bucks over retail for shipping and such. make sure u know the difference of effects whey and creatine do. if ur already a bigger guy, whey is best to tone and build muscle. if ur scrawny, go with the creatine. i was an average sized guy, so creatine would have just made me fat, no matter how much u work out. it fills ur muscles with water. u want to make ur muscles more dense, so pack on the protein.
i live in seoul, so i have no idea as to the gyms in suwon, but i imagine ur options r limited. |
